We’ve introduced a new “Add to storefront page” button in the Form Builder to make storefront form setup easier than ever.
With a single click, Simply Forms will:
- Automatically create a storefront page for your form
- Guide you to add a Simply Form app block in the Theme Editor
This streamlined workflow helps you get your forms live faster. You can then highlight the Simply Form app block to open its settings panel, where you can paste the form ID and fine-tune the form’s style. After saving your changes, create a storefront menu item that links to this page so it’s accessible to your customers.
Note: The auto-created page uses your store’s default page template. Any changes made to this template may affect other pages using it. If needed, we recommend creating a dedicated page template for your storefront form setup.
