Shopify Customer Submission History Improves User Experience

With Simply Forms, merchants can now view an organized overview of customer submissions by form type—making it easier to understand each customer’s journey and interaction with your products. At the same time, customers often want to revisit their past submissions. By offering a Shopify customer submission history, you create a more engaging and personalized experience on your store.

We’ve just rolled out this new feature, and it’s available on all plans.

You can configure the visibility and placement of Shopify customer submission history in the Simply Forms app block settings within the Theme Editor. If a guest is not logged in, the form displays a sign-in prompt. After the customer signs in, the page automatically redirects them back to the current page.
